Many lubricants currently available in Australia are sourced from blended base stock, meaning the base oil comes from a number of different oil wells/refineries internationally and are blended for commercial convenience. The straight cut base oils (ie. non-blended) used by Morris provide a superior film strength which translates to longer service life without breaking down. Further gains are achieved by Morris engineers development and formulation of exclusive additive packages which are blended in using the strictest proportioning controls.
